Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after within 24 hours starting from the time you place your order. You will also receive a tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation email that will be active within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent.

Damages
Born Pretty Middle East is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
